Halo answers in the business's name, asks the questions that trade needs, and leaves one record. It does not send the caller to voicemail.

2. UnderstandsIt asks what the job is, how urgent it is, and what the tech needs before anyone rolls a truck.
3. Books, or writes it downWhen a calendar is connected, Halo can book a real opening. If it is not, Halo takes a detailed message.
4. Hands it offThe team gets the caller, the problem, and the next step.

Published prices. Every feature is on every plan. The difference is minutes.

14-day trial, 100 minutes. $20 activation fee at signup, credited to the first month if they continue, kept if they cancel during the trial. Extra minutes are $0.40. These are the prices on Halo's public pricing page.
